Ordering and expectations
- Queues and counter ordering
- Waits around 11:30–13:00 and 17:30–19:00 often start at about half an hour and can reach two hours on holidays. Order and pay at the counter rather than by QR, then find your own seat when your number is called. Some branches have two floors, and shared tables are common.
- Noodles and service
- Noodle refills are free and come with dried spring onion. Staff may help mix the noodles and provide a bib.
- Hours, price and sweetness
- For reference, 10:00–20:30 with a possible afternoon break around 14:30–15:30, and about CNY 40 per person. Expect a sweeter sauce; vinegar can balance it.
