- A chewy sweet-potato starch sheet grilled until lightly crisp, filled with pickled radish, herbs and minced meat and brushed with sauce. It is not a sliced roast potato.
- Crispy potatoes with chile and herbs
- Crisp-edged, soft-centred potatoes with chile powder, spring onion and fish mint. Fish mint is particularly divisive, so ask whether it can be omitted if you have not tried it.
