One address, read by a person.
support@slowchinaguide.com reaches the editor who writes these guides. There is no ticket queue and no chatbot. We answer in English and Chinese, usually within two business days.
A purchase or a refund
Include the email address on your account and, if you have it, the payment provider's order reference. Do not send card numbers — we cannot see them and do not need them.
A correction to a guide
Tell us the guide, the specific place or claim, the date you observed the change, and — where you have one — a current official source. Corrections with a source are acted on fastest, and the guide's review date is updated when it changes.
Something is broken
Tell us the page address, what you expected, what happened, and the browser or phone you used. If a guide will not open after you paid, say so in the subject line and include your account email — access problems are handled before anything else.
Press, partnerships, permissions
For interviews, licensing a guide, or using text or photographs, write to the same address with “Permission” in the subject line. Photographs on this site are third-party works under their own licences — see Photo credits — and we cannot grant rights we do not hold.
We read every message.
